Budget DoT Team: Kafka, Sampo/Luka, Pela, Any Tank

This is my go-to for players who haven't pulled a ton of 5-stars. It's cheap, effective, and surprisingly powerful.

• Kafka as your main DPS and DoT detonator.

• Sampo or Luka as your secondary DPS. Sampo is amazing for boss fights because his skill bounces and his ultimate increases DoT damage taken. Luka, on the other hand, is a beast against physical-weak enemies—his Bleed can chunk bosses based on their max HP.

• Pela as your support. She's still one of the best debuffers in the game. Her DEF shred and buff removal are invaluable, and since ATK% has diminishing returns, her utility beats another ATK buffer.

• Any Tank or Healer you like. I personally love using a Preservation unit with the Trend of the Universal Market light cone, because it can apply Burn, giving Kafka one more DoT to detonate.

Stellaron Hunter Synergy: Kafka, Blade, Silver Wolf, Fire Trailblazer

If you're a whale or just love the Stellaron Hunters, this team is a blast. It's expensive—three 5-stars—but it works beautifully.

• Kafka and Blade are your dual DPS. Blade's enhanced attacks deal massive Wind DMG and trigger Kafka's follow-up attacks. Plus, Kafka's shock primes enemies for Blade's detonation.

• Silver Wolf is the glue. She implants weaknesses and shreds resistances, making sure your damage sticks.

• Fire Trailblazer is your tank. They're still one of the best in the game, and with Trend of the Universal Market, they add Burn to the mix.

The theme is fun, but the synergy is real. Blade and Kafka together are a whirlwind of destruction.

Hypercarry DoT: Black Swan, Kafka, Guinaifen, Sustain

This is the team I use for the hardest content. It's a triple-DPS setup that stacks so many DoTs and debuffs that enemies just melt.

• Black Swan is your primary damage dealer. Her Arcana stacks scale with other DoTs, so Kafka and Guinaifen set her up perfectly.

• Kafka applies Shock and detonates everything, as always.

• Guinaifen brings Firekiss, which increases all damage taken by enemies. She also applies Burn.

• Any sustain works—pick your favorite healer or shielder.

With the Prisoner of Deep Space relic set, you get even more DEF shred. I've seen this team clear bosses in a single cycle. It's absurd.
